About the Role
Profile Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team as a remote employee. As a creative and detail-oriented individual with great written English and a strong sense of brand voice, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that engages our audience and drives results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan monthly content calendars (concepts, hooks, captions, hashtags)
- Create posts/graphics in Canva
- Edit Reels/TikToks in CapCut
- Handle community management (comments/DMs, escalate when needed)
- Track performance and turn it into simple, actionable monthly reports
Requirements
- Relevant qualification is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years real hands-on work experience in a similar position
- Must be familiar with Canva and CapCut for static posts/graphics; CapCut for short-form video edits.
- Ability to work with Asana, Slack, and Google Drive.
- Ability to work with Meta Business Suite and IG/TikTok analytics.
- Familiarity with basic boosts, light product shots, or coordinating user-generated content (UGC) is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Proactive with trends and ideas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (if applicable)
