About the Role
As a Vehicle Sales Executive at The Talent Room, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our Port Elizabeth dealership. You will proactively source new business through cold calling, digital leads, and networking, while managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source new business through cold calling, digital leads, and networking
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct needs analysis and present suitable vehicle options
- Arrange and conduct test drives
- Negotiate pricing, finance, and trade-in deals
- Liaise with F&I to ensure smooth deal processing
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM systems and sales pipeline
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with dealership and OEM requirements
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 2–3 years’ vehicle sales experience (essential)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems (advantageous)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Sales pipeline management
