Requirements:

Grade 12 (essential) with Degree/Diploma in Hospitality (beneficial)
Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar hospitality environment.
Computer literate (essential), Nightsbridge and SAGE (beneficial)
Organised with strong admin skills and attention to detail.
Experience with catering (up to 80 pax) beneficial. (Informal, school, etc)
Good communication and guest interaction skills.
Primary working language English + Afrikaans – written/spoken.
Professional and well groomed.
Can work independently and as part of small multicultural team.
Start Date: ASAP

Includes: Shared accommodation(unfurnished), one meal while on duty, entry level salary
