About the Role
SEIGO STAFFING is seeking an experienced Architect or Senior Architectural Designer to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with expertise in Revit and a deep understanding of the South African construction landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement architectural designs for various projects
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
- Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Prepare and submit plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to authorities
Requirements
- Master of Architecture Degree (M.Arch)
- Registered with SACAP as a Professional Architect
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a professional firm
- Expert level of Revit skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical detailing and completed projects
- Knowledge of the South African construction landscape and local municipal bylaws

- Formal education/certifications: Master of Architecture Degree (M.Arch)
Salary & Benefits
- R720,000.00 – R 960,000.00 P/A
