About the Role
Dante Group Ltd is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our business operations, you will play a crucial role in translating business needs into actionable technical requirements, utilizing your expertise in process mapping tools and documentation platforms. With a strong background in fintech, payments, or financial services, you will help drive the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Develop and maintain process maps using Visio or Lucid chart
- Create comprehensive documentation for projects using Confluence and SharePoint
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions
- Ensure seamless integration of legacy systems and modern API-driven architectures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT in Business Systems, Information Systems, or Business Administration, or Finance
- Advanced diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, payments, or financial services
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT in Business Systems, Information Systems, or Business Administration, or Finance
