Are you a relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people and driving results? Were looking for an experienced Short Term Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team in Pretoria, focusing on partnering with brokers and call centres to grow our Cartrack product offerings. What Youll Do: Identify and approach independent brokers and insurance call centres to introduce and promote Cartrack products to their clients. Build strong, trusted partnerships with key decision-makers. Follow up on leads and support partners in closing deals. Act as the main interface between Cartrack and our partners, providing exceptional service and support . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of solutions. What Were Looking For: Matric certificate. 47 years of external business development or partnership management experience, within the insurance industry (commercial) Strong relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills . High emotional intelligence (EQ) and excellent communication skills. Good business acumen and understanding of the insurance/brokerage landscape. Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level . Valid drivers licence not negotiable.
