Key Responsibilities: Full financial management, including preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and regulatory requirements. Provide strategic input and financial insights to support management decision-making. Monitor costings, stock, and project profitability within the manufacturing environment. Manage audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders. Implement and enhance internal controls, systems, and processes. Lead and mentor junior finance staff. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) newly qualified or up to 3 years post-articles experience. Previous exposure to the manufacturing or industrial sector will be highly advantageous. Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS, Tax, Compliance). Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems beneficial. Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
