Job Summary

Daily Cleaning Area Supervisor Location: Pretoria East Offer: R 18 000, 00 CTC Available: ASAP Type: Permanent Competencies required Computer literate Excellent communication skills Drivers license (code 8) Minimum of 3 years in Daily cleaning : Supervision / Management Costing of cleaning equipment and supplies/chemicals Minimum of 5 years experience in the cleaning and hygiene industry Excellent customer liaison skills Selling skills and experience Key Areas of Responsibility Supervision of cleaning staff on various client sites Cost control associated with cleaning contracts Implementation and monitoring of systems and controls on cleaning sites Quoting of daily cleaning contracts and adhoc services Regular liaison with clients Coordination of replacement and relief staff Recruitment and other HR matters (in conjunction with HR department) Training of cleaning staff Quality control Reporting to Operations Manager Application Instruction: Email: CV and a cover photograph (head and shoulders) Only applicants that reach the minimum requirements will be considered Correspondence will be entered into with short-listed candidates only.
