Debtors Clerk position available at light engineering company based in Pretoria East.Looking for a well organised person who has experience in Accounts Receivable to work in the accounts department managing debtor accounts, communicating with clients regarding open orders, resolving all queries and manage logistics regarding open orders. Applicant needs to be a good communicator and be good at accounting or mathematics.DutiesGenerate work orders from funds received / client purchase ordersCommunicate with clients regarding open ordersManage Orders from Online StoreOrder Marketing MaterialsUpdate open orders on the databaseWeekly updating of customers on progress of their ordersArrange transport for orders that are ready to dispatch.Assist accounting department with other tasksCalculate outstanding debtors amountsInvoicing, Issue of serial numbers and credit applications i.e . all admin duties relating to debtorsRequirements:Matric qualification with Mathematics will be a plusTertiary qualification B.Com or ICB certificate, or studying towards such a qualification will be a plus.Experience in accounts receivable departmentExperience with Sage Pastel will be a plusGood computer skillsGood communication skills, not easily intimidatedCompletely fluent in at least English and AfrikaansAn accurate detail drive.
