Job Description
- Oversee and manage the full group reporting function.
- Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles with strict deadlines.
- Analyse financial results and provide strategic insights to executive management.
- Drive improvements in reporting processes and internal controls.
- Liaise with auditors and manage the external audit process.
- Support group-level budgeting and forecasting processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- CA(SA) is essential.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ post-article experience.
- Strong technical expertise in IFRS and group consolidations.
- Proven experience in full financial reporting at a group level.
- Experience within healthcare, services, or pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
