Responsibilities:

Design innovative cocktail menus that complement our Mediterranean offerings and seasonal themes. Ensure exceptional drink quality, presentation, and speed of service. Manage and train a team of bartenders and support staff to meet the highest standards of hospitality. Oversee inventory, stock control, and ordering of all bar supplies, ensuring cost-effective operations. Maintain a clean, organized bar environment that meets health and safety standards. Develop strategies to enhance the bar`s performance and contribute to revenue growth. Prepare and analyze revenue reports to monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide leadership and daily management of bar staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professionalism. Engage with guests to enhance their experience and gather feedback to continually improve our service. Qualifications: Proven experience as a mixologist with a strong background in a high-end bar or restaurant. Expert knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Ability to create a wide range of cocktails, from classic recipes to innovative creations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
