Job Summary

Law firm requires debtor`s clerk with minimum 2 years` experience in debt collection.- Candidates with experience in medical debt collection will be preferred.- Negotiable salary includes a basic plus commission once targets met.

Requirements:

– Able to work as a team and individually.- Good use of your initiative is highly recommended!- A basic knowledge of the legal process and POPIA.- Able to manage daily diary – making payment arrangements, following up missed PTP`s, negotiating settlement with debtors.- Target driven.- Solution driven with the ability to resolve disputes independently.- Ability to communicate with clients and debtors (verbally and written) in a professional manner.- Minimum 2 years debt collection experience.
