About the Role
MacRobert Attorneys is seeking an experienced Transfer Secretary to join our team in Pretoria East. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of transfers, estates, sectional titles, subdivisions, and consolidations. Your meticulous attention to detail, combined with your proficiency in electronic files and systems, will enable us to efficiently manage our conveyancing workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transfer instructions, including finances
- Draft accurate documents, such as transfer deeds and section 20 notices
- Work independently on electronic files and systems
- Attend to the needs of multiple directors, including reporting to them on a regular basis
- Maintain good written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
- Experience with Transfers and diverse matters, i.e. Estate Transfers, Sectional Titles, Subdivisions, Consolidations
- Meticulous and accurate drafting skills
- Ability to work on electronic files and systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good understanding of the deed’s office procedures and practice
- Ability to report to more than one Director
- Knowledge pertaining to Lexis Nexis, AJS and Flow systems will be advantageous
