About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive PA to provide high-level support to our CEO in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. As the right candidate, you will be responsible for managing the CEO’s diary, handling administrative matters with discretion, and acting as a gatekeeper between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex and strategic diary management (back-to-back scheduling, prioritisation, time optimisation)
  • Real-time actioning of voice notes, instructions, and last-minute changes
  • Drafting high-level correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal communications
  • Managing intense local and international travel arrangements (visas, itineraries, logistics, contingencies)
  • Handling both professional and personal administrative matters with discretion
  • Acting as gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate
  • Supporting change initiatives and adapting quickly to shifting priorities

Requirements

  • Experience supporting a CEO in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse personalities
  • Preference given to candidates residing in Pretoria
