Our client in the automotive industry looking for a reliable Financial Controller that will analyze and conduct everyday financial activities.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing of Income Statements
• Capturing of all Month-end Journals
• Preparation of cost reports
• Reconciling invoices to purchase orders
• Reconcile and processing petty cash slips
• Intercompany transfers between loan accounts and bank accounts to correctly allocate payments received/made in other bank accounts (recon loan accounts between inter companies
• Ad hoc journals for Finance Manager
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Process Journals

Requirements:

• 5-7 years as a bookkeeper / financial controller
• Motor Industry experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
• High level of Emotional Intelligence
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative skills and meticulous with attention to detail
