About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, audit requirements, and company policies.
Manage and mentor the finance team, including creditors, debtors, and payroll functions.
Conduct cost analysis and support operational decision-making.
Implement internal controls and improve financial processes and systems.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (essential).
Professional qualification such as CIMA, SAIPA, or SAICA (advantageous).
Minimum 57 years experience in a financial management role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Experience with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Syspro, Pastel).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
