Job Description

Law firm in Pretoria is looking for a Foreclosure Secretary (FNB) to join their team.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience as a foreclosure secretary, specifically handling First National Bank foreclosure matters
Full management of foreclosure matters from instruction through to finalisation
Drafting and preparing summons, notices, affidavits, warrants, and all related foreclosure documentation
Liaising with sheriffs, correspondents, debtors, and clients
Managing court dates, deadlines, and diary systems
Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of matters
Proficient in Hogan and PBS / Legal Suite – non negotiable
Accurate reporting and updating of bank systems
Sound knowledge of sale in execution processes
Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
