We are looking for an ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a full recruitment role, meaning you will own the entire lifecyclefrom managing client relationships to sourcing, interviewing, and placing the perfect candidates. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Delivery Lead end-to-end talent resourcing assignments Build strong relationships with clients across sectors and geographies Ensure high-quality candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement Uphold service excellence and reputation Operational Oversight · Manage the full recruitment process, from initial screening and briefing to salary negotiations and post-placement follow-ups. Ensure compliance and ethical standards within the organisation Brand & Impact Represent the organisation professionally in external forums Strengthen employer and service brand positioning What Success Looks Like (First 1218 Months) Growth in client portfolio and revenue Strong client credibility and repeat business Procedural alignment resulting in quality placements Actively identify and share opportunities that support the growth of our wider service portfolio Who We are Looking For Experience in recruitment: 2 years. Experience in client relationship management Values: driven and motivated by social impact Confident operating within a small, agile organisation Experience within diversity focussed placements is an advantage.
