About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our client’s team in Pretoria. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating HR-related projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and organisational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate HR-related projects from initiation to implementation
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within scope and deadlines
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes linked to project deliverables
- Compile and submit project reports to management and stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct workforce planning and support organisational development initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members and project staff
- Assist in policy development and implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or Industrial Psychology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, project coordination, or HR project management
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation
- Excellent report writing, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
