About the Role

An established company within the financial sector is seeking an Intern Financial Advisor to join their team, providing an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to grow their career within a reputable organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake highly technical analytical work.
  • Assessment of client financial needs and circumstances.
  • Carrying out research and analyzing products and services that is appropriate to each clients financial circumstances.
  • Proposing solutions and drafting financial recommendations that meet each clients goals, needs, and objectives.
  • Developing productive working relationships with colleagues and clients throughout the financial services environment, both within and outside of the organization.
  • Keep up to date with product information.
  • Preparing investment-, retirement-, estate-, and long term risk proposals.
  • Public speaking and presentations.
  • Traveling to Corporate clients for practical experience in giving financial advice and retirement benefit counseling.

  • Qualifications: 3-year Finance-related degree (preferably B.Com Finance)
