Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and lead generation activities to meet sales targets
- Sell digital advertising solutions to clients
- Manage full sales cycle, including new business and after-sales service
- Build relationships with clients and prospects
- Stay up-to-date with online platforms, digital tools, and learning new skills
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Telesales experience
- Proven ability to meet/beat sales targets
- Experience selling digital advertising solutions
- Interest in online recruitment / HR tech is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Resilient, confident, and target-driven
