Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Junior Aircon Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in installing, servicing, and maintaining split and ducted air conditioning systems, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Install and service split and ducted air conditioning units. • Troubleshoot and maintain aircon systems to ensure optimal performance. • Deliver quality, reliable work to clients, adhering to company standards. • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Requirements: • Knowledge of air conditioning systems (split units, ducted systems; VRV/VRF experience advantageous). • 1–2 years of HVAC/aircon installation experience. • Trade or technical qualification is an advantage but not required. • Valid driver’s license. • Reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused. • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
