About the Role

A well-established legal firm in Pretoria is seeking a Junior Litigation Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a law firm and possess a solid understanding of legal costing and invoice preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist attorneys with general administrative duties
  • Prepare and issue invoices accurately
  • Maintain filing systems and client records
  • Manage scheduling, diaries, and office coordination

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a law firm
  • Knowledge of legal costs and invoicing procedures
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
