About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Secretary to join our team at Cora O’Neil Recruitment Agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to clients in the RAF Claims department, with a focus on high court litigation and third-party claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Typing of High Court Litigation and RAF Third Party Claims (on behalf of Plaintiff)
  • Drafting and typing of legal documents, pleadings, and notices
  • Lodging claims at Road Accident Fund
  • General legal administrative and secretarial duties

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year recent High Court Litigation typing experience at a law firm
  • Computer literate in Caselines and Court Online (Ghost Practice proficiency preferred)
  • Good typing skills (speed and accuracy), with attention to detail
  • Own reliable transport
  • Stable employment record and contactable References

Qualifications

  • Matric / Grade 12

Salary & Benefits

R 12 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross (Slightly negotiable depending on experience)
