About the Role
As Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training across various departments of the business, including Sales, Logistics, and After-Sales Support. This role is designed to provide you with a broad understanding of the business and prepare you for future leadership positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and sales strategies.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Learn about supply chain management, inventory control, and distribution processes.
- Support logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Understand the after-sales service processes, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in various training sessions and workshops.
- Take on assigned projects and tasks that contribute to departmental and organizational goals.
Requirements
- Education: Matric with Mathematics (C Symbol or higher)
- Experience: No prior experience is required; however, a strong academic background and demonstrable passion for business are essential.

- Work Ethic: Hard-working, honest, and trustworthy with a good work ethic.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Pressure Handling: Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

- People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
