About the Role
Qetello, a specialist recruitment agency, is seeking a Procurement, Stock & Stores Coordinator on behalf of our client, a growing service provider in the HVAC, electrical, and building services industry, working with commercial and industrial clients across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotation and tender costings
- Compile and cost BOQs and tender pricing schedules
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and product compatibility
- Prepare and process Purchase Request Forms (PRFs) with comparative quotes
- Receive, inspect, bin, and issue stock accurately
- Create job-specific stock bins for installation and service teams
- Track material usage per project and monitor it against budgets
- Maintain accurate records and updates using the QuoteIT system
- Assist with tool control, vehicle inspections, and company asset tracking
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
- 24 years experience in procurement, stock control, or stores environment
- Proven experience in BOQ costing and tender pricing (Required)
- Strong numerical ability and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in the HVAC or building services industry (Advantageous)

Salary & Benefits
Starting Salary: R15 000 – R17 000 CTC per month (subject to a probationary period of up to 6 months, with salary adjustments based on performance and business needs)
