About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in our Gezina, Pretoria facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing production staff, ensuring quality standards, and delivering jobs on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute daily and weekly production schedules
- Ensure jobs are fully prepared before entering production
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and enforce dispatch deadlines
- Coordinate with client services and sales teams on job priorities
- Supervise production staff and ensure productivity targets are met
- Allocate labour according to workflow requirements
- Conduct daily team briefings and operational reviews
- Maintain discipline and accountability across the production floor
Requirements
- 3–7 years’ experience in production management
- Background in printing, signage, packaging, or manufacturing environments
- Proven ability to manage production scheduling and staff performance
- Strong operational leadership and problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits
- R18,000 – R25,000 per month (depending on experience)
