About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a determined and drive Quality Assurance Manager to join their clients esteemed financial services team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enforcing credit risk policies and procedures, as well as managing credit control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce credit risk policies and procedures.
- Assess and monitor customer creditworthiness, setting appropriate credit limits.
- Manage credit control processes, including credit vetting, account approvals, and risk assessment.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Monitor and report on age analysis, ensuring adherence to company credit policies.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and legal teams.
- Supervise and mentor a team of QA Agents, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Audit all documents provided by consumers that are linked to the credit or subscription applications.
- Meet SLA targets between departments.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of credit control, Quality Assurance, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail is critical in this role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work long hours when required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leadership skills.
- Matric.
- Degree in finance or Credit Risk Management.
- 57 years experience in corporate credit risk management.
- Min 5-8 years Credit vetting experience in the financial industry of which at least 3 5 years are within a managerial role.
Salary & Benefits
- R360 000 – R300 000 per annum.
