Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description/Duties:
Assisting buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best price and terms.
Conducting market research to determine property values.
Preparing necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and closing statements.
Coordinating property viewings, open houses, and auctions.
Networking with mortgage lenders, attorneys, and contractors.
Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of real estate markets and trends
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Experience in sales or real estate
- Drivers License and own transport
Package & Remuneration
Working on Commission (50/50)
