About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Sales Executive to join our team on a remote basis, working from home in Pretoria, South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and converting them into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct up to 15 client interviews per week
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Utilize Zoom/Google Teams for meetings and presentations
- Maintain a strong online presence through social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Bring on board new clients and onboard existing ones
- Provide high-quality reports and updates to management
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience in recruitment or a related field
- Strong command of the English language, with ability to write professional reports
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Own laptop or computer, with uncapped internet access
- Cellphone for communication purposes
