Location: Pretoria

Salary: R 6 500 plus commission

Our client in the retail media industry is looking for a Retail Sales Representative.

Key Accountabilities:

• Promote company’s leading brand of products to customers visiting the stores.
• Assist customers in store.
• Provide sales service in store on copy centre, orders, passport id, etc.
• Demo all Company products from a photo book to a camera.
• Reach sales targets.
• Welcome and greet customers and ask questions to determine their needs.
• Advise customers by providing information on products.
• Answer queries from customers.
• Report discrepancies and problems to the Retail Sales Manager.
• Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
• Deal with customer refunds.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Keep up to date with special promotions and put up displays.
• Promoting on-going sales and ensuring that customers are familiar with exchange policies.

Requirements:
• Matric Senior Certificate
• Must be computer and internet literate.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans – Read, Speak and Write
• Knowledge working with Copy Centre, printing or photographic
• Ability to work Retail Hours
• Valid Driver’s License and own transport.
• Must be able to work under pressure.

Alternating shifts:

Week days and Saturdays: 9H00 – 17H00 and 9H00 – 18H00

Sundays & public holidays 9H00 – 15H00
