Job Summary:

The Senior Data and Business Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day management of database processes and software, focusing on internal and external data integration and client support needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management and Integration:
  • Manage and maintain database integrity, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow.
  • Develop and implement data integration strategies between internal systems and external client platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Oversee data migration and data quality initiatives.
• Business Analysis:
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Gather and document business requirements for software and system enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Conduct data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.

• Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with e-procurement systems is a plus.
