About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Senior Data and Business Analyst to join SYNAXON, a leading provider of managed services and e-procurement solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, business process optimization, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain database integrity, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow.
• Develop and implement data integration strategies between internal systems and external client platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Oversee data migration and data quality initiatives.
• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Gather and document business requirements for software and system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Conduct data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the “EGIS E-Procurement” and “SYNAXON Managed Services” platforms.
• Support the data needs of the “SYNAXON Hub” distribution network.
• Provide technical support to clients regarding data integration and software usage.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain client-facing documentation and training materials.
• Work closely with IT, development, and business teams to ensure seamless data flow and system integration.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
• Provide regular reports and updates on data and system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data and Business Analyst, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems.
• Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
