About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines, developing data processing solutions using Python and advanced SQL, and ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines
- Develop data processing solutions using Python and advanced SQL
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across platforms
- Support and maintain cloud-based data infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Requirements

- 24 years experience in a Data Engineering or similar role

- Exposure to Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or ClickHouse
