About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Shop Assistant to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing daily shop operations, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and respond to their queries
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a clean and organized shopping environment
- Assist with general administration tasks as required by management
Requirements
- Matric certificate (minimum requirement)
- Previous admin or retail experience is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy skills
