Silverton Used Vehicle Sales Manager
Appointment: Permanent, full-time position
Salary: R30 000 basic plus 10% of net profit commission
Benefits: Pension, Cellphone contract, Company car, Medical aid and Funeral benefits
A well established, large Multi Franchise Dealership is looking for an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, monitoring the implementation of all used vehicle sales activities and processes to maximize new vehicle sales and profits.
Qualifications, Requirements and Experience:
Matric (Grade 12)
Automotive Industry Experience ESSENTIAL
At least 3 years’ experience in Sales Manager role in an automotive environment
Organization, financial, sales process and management skills and experience
Deal closing skills and experience
Vision to lead and grow individuals
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
