About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that meet our company’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions in line with defined specifications and design standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user and system interface requirements.
- Produce and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Generate and analyse diagnostic data to support troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Monitor, resolve, and escalate system issues and known errors as required.
- Participate in system and integration testing aligned to project requirements.
- Perform unit testing to ensure code quality and expected functionality.
- Analyse user requirements and contribute to system design and architecture.
- Design and structure software components using object-oriented programming principles.
- Build and deliver scalable application solutions using OOP languages.
Requirements
Basic Software development language certification or applicable experience in one of the following: C++, C#, .NET, PHP
Min of 5 – 8 years experience in Object Orientation
Min 5 years experience in a similar role
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software development or software engineering
