Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s Client is looking for a highly experienced Stakeholder Manager to join. This senior role is crucial for fostering and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Serve as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders including government officials, community leaders, and industry partners.
- Facilitate negotiations and manage complex stakeholder issues to ensure positive outcomes.
- Monitor and assess stakeholder sentiment and engagement, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives and events, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and community needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate stakeholder feedback into project planning and execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and community relations best practices.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or relevant field.
- 15-20 years of experience in tax experience.
- Must have management experience and be able to set strategic direction.
- Must have a broad array of tax skills in terms of subject matter and roles.
- Extensive understanding of stakeholder engagement strategies and practices.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Skills in governance and professional responsibility is a plus.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel as required.
