We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installer Technician to join our dynamic team.Position Overview:The Installer Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of GPS tracking devices and related equipment in various vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.Key
Responsibilities:
Install GPS tracking devices and related equipment in vehicles, ensuring all installations meet company standards.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed devices to ensure optimal functionality.Diagnose and repair any issues with tracking devices, including hardware and software components.Provide training to clients on the usage of installed devices and the Tracknetics app.Maintain accurate records of installations, services performed, and client interactions.Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve client inquiries and concerns.Order and manage inventory of necessary parts and equipment.Liaise with 3rd party installers to coordinate inspections .Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred.Proven experience
