About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Junior Administrator to join our Corporate Group in Ferndale, Randburg. As a Junior Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, communicating effectively with colleagues and clients via telephone and email, and maintaining a pleasant working environment. If you are fluent in English and Afrikaans, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to telephone calls and emails from clients and colleagues in a professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Group team
  • Maintain accurate records and documents
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Afrikaans
  • Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email
  • Pleasant working environment – please note that you are expected to maintain a positive attitude and demeanor at all times

Qualifications

  • Basic education or equivalent is required for this role

Salary & Benefits

R5000.00 basic salary, plus commission and target-driven bonuses.
