About the Role
Join a leading conservation reserve as a Reservations Agent in our Kalahari Game Reserve (Live-in) location, where you will be responsible for managing bookings and delivering a seamless, high-end guest experience. With flexible hours during peak periods, this is an ideal opportunity to work in a unique and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries, manage bookings, and maintain accurate records
- Build relationships with agents and guests
- Coordinate internally for smooth stays
- Upsell experiences and manage changes, payments, and reports
Requirements
- 23 years of reservations experience (luxury/safari preferred)
- Proficiency in reservation systems (ResRequest, PANStrat, Opera)
