Hire Resolve`s Client is seeking to hire a Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager to join their team specializing in Solar energy. The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager will oversee the performance and maintenance of their renewable energy systems. The successful candidate will have a technical background in electrical engineering, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Monitor the performance of solar energy systems to meet production and efficiency targets.
  • Analyze performance data and provide reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement procedures and best practices for O&M.

2. Maintenance Management

  • Plan and oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting and fault resolution.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.

3. Technical Leadership

  • Offer technical support and guidance to the O&M team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for recurring technical issues.

4. Stakeholder Communication

  • Maintain clear communication with clients about system performance, maintenance schedules, and issue resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to optimize operations.

5. Time and Resource Management

  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and operational requirements.
  • Ensure cost-efficient operation while maintaining high system reliability.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in solar energy projects with a focus on operations and maintenance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with Energy Management Systems and performance monitoring platforms is an advantage.
