ð¹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ð Accounting & Bookkeeping Full accounting function up to Trial Balance and Financial Statements Data processing and analysis on Pastel , including BIC (Business Intelligence Reports) Monthly management accounts, margin reports, and reconciliations Debtors and creditors management VAT reconciliations and submissions Payroll and management accounts support Statutory returns: PAYE, UIF, VAT ð¢ Imports, Exports & Inventory Imports and exports logistics coordination Multi-currency processing on Pastel Customs VAT and FEC management (booking to payment) Stock planning, forecasting, and re-order level control Inventory capturing and ongoing management Liaison with local and international suppliers and freight forwarders ð Contract & Price Management Supplier and customer pricing management Contract Price Adjustments (CPA), including: Date reminders Indices interpretation Calculations Customer correspondence Maintain accurate and well-structured filing systems ð¢ Office, Compliance & Governance Understanding of full order-to-delivery processes B-BBEE administration (CSI, ESD, Skills Development) CSD compliance and tender readiness Tax Clearance Certificates management Employment Equity submissions COIDA compliance OHS Act file preparation and maintenance (training provided) PA / confidential support to MD (2IC role) ð¹ REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES Matric / Grade 12 (essential) Bookkeeping qualification ICB Training Strong bookkeeping and accounting background Excellent Pastel knowledge Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong typing and administrative skills Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused Team player with leadership capability Highly organised, detail-driven, and deadline-focused ð¹ WHY THIS ROLE?
