About the Role
The Recruitment Guy is seeking highly experienced Stationery Sales Consultants to join our team in Richards Bay and surrounding areas. As a crucial part of our sales operations, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, executing sales strategies, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Portfolio Management: Organize and control customer interactions using historical data and planned visits.
- Sales Execution: Sell products/services by identifying customer needs and presenting solutions.
- Administration: Maintain accurate records, process orders, and manage reports.
- Inbound Call Handling: Resolve queries, provide product info, and manage delivery arrangements.
- BTS (Back to School) Promotion: Promote BTS programs to new and existing schools.
Requirements
