About the Role

If you like working with people, building trust, and seeing your effort turn into real results, this role is built for you. You will take full ownership of the North West Region, working closely with hardware stores, distributors, and trade customers who value long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across the North West Region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hardware stores and hardware retailers
• Sell tools, DIY tools, and hardware products to retail and distribution customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your region
• Achieve monthly sales targets through regular customer visits and follow-ups

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Representative in hardware, tools, or wholesale distribution
• Solid understanding of hardware retailers and distribution channels
• Experience selling tools or DIY products is essential
• Ability to work independently and manage a regional sales territory
• Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills

Qualifications

• Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within the North West

Salary & Benefits

R25 000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of R40 000+
