About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant with a specialization in Human Resources for our client’s manufacturing company in Sandton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various financial and HR-related tasks within the organization, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Manage employee benefits and compensation, including processing payroll and administering benefits programs
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
- Perform monthly financial analysis and reporting for senior management
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to accounting and HR functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Full Debtors and Creditors experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and human resources roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and HR software programs
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment

Salary & Benefits
The client offers a competitive CTC with benefits (R360 000 – R420 000).
