About the Role
As a key member of the Retail Operational team at Carrol Boyes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring best practices are maintained and customers receive an exceptional level of service that surpasses all others.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing daily operations of the business and ensure sales goals are met
- Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash, and managing in-store marketing
- Assign duties to relevant employees
- Conduct onboarding of new employees
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Track and manage inventory at store
- Shift staff to ensure effective cover
- Provide daily, weekly & monthly reporting
- Staff motivation
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 minimum requirement
- Additional qualification an advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail and retail management experience
- Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
- Strong customer service, stock management, and communication skills
- Luxury brands experience an advantage
