Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to assist our firm on an ad-hoc basis. This role is ideal for a reliable professional who can step in at short notice and provide efficient support within a busy conveyancing environment.Key Responsibilities:-Drafting and preparing conveyancing documents and correspondence-Opening, managing, and closing conveyancing files-Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks, and Deeds Office-Managing diaries, appointments, and follow-ups-Handling FICA compliance and file administration-General secretarial and administrative support to the conveyancing teamRequirements:-Proven experience as a Conveyancing Secretary-Sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures and documentation-Excellent organisational and communication skills-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines-Availability to work on an ad-hoc basis, sometimes at short noticeIf you are an experienced conveyancing secretary available for ad-hoc work and able to assist urgently, we would love to hear from you.
