About the Role
Glitter Brides is seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our remote team in South Africa. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and live chat inquiries
- Assist customers with orders, product questions, and delivery updates
- Guide and reassure customers on high-value purchases
- Follow up on inquiries and help convert them into sales
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 23 years experience in customer support, call centre, or sales
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Ability to build trust with customers
