- Qualifications:
- BCom in Accounting or Finance
- Experience:
- 3–5 years in a shared services / finance environment
- Proven team leadership experience (managing team leaders ideal)
- Strong exposure to AR & AP functions
- Experience in process improvement, SOPs & automation
- Skills:
- Strong Excel & systems ability
- Hands-on, operational mindset
- Strong but collaborative leadership style
- Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Process-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
Non-Negotiables:
- Must be based in / willing to work hybrid in Milnerton
- Must be operationally involved (not purely strategic)
- Ability to lead without ego — influence, not dictate
