Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Fundraiser for a luxury property group based in Sandton. This is an office-based role with extensive travel opportunities, suited to a creative professional with strong digital marketing and fundraising expertise.
Key Outputs & Responsibilities
Strategic Planning

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital fundraising strategy

Analyse trends, opportunities, and challenges in the digital fundraising landscape

Set clear objectives and KPIs for digital campaigns, aligned with organisational goals
Campaign Management

Lead planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel digital fundraising campaigns (email, social media, online events)

Oversee content creation to ensure messaging is compelling and relevant

Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for future strategies
Donor Engagement

Ensure professional engagement with key donors online

Use data-driven insights to segment and target donors effectively, enhancing personalisation and retention
Partnership Development

Identify and establish partnerships with digital platforms, influencers, and organisations

Collaborate with communications and partnerships teams to integrate fundraising efforts with wider campaigns
Budget Management

Manage the digital fundraising budget efficiently to maximise ROI

Explore innovative and cost-effective digital tools and platforms to enhance campaigns
Compliance

Ensure compliance with organisational policies regarding funding sources, confidentiality, and data handling

Previous Work Experience Required

Relevant qualifications in digital marketing, communications, or fundraising

Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector

Experience designing and implementing campaigns that engage and retain donors

Familiarity with fundraising software and CRM systems is an advantage

Budgeting experience, strong attention to detail, and proven teamwork skills

Extensive travel within South Africa, regionally, and internationally, including remote and challenging locations
